FlugHjálp is an Iceland-based flight compensation service and official AirHelp affiliate partner. Our website provides information about passenger rights under EU Regulation 261/2004 and connects passengers with AirHelp to pursue compensation claims.

2. Our role
FlugHjálp acts as an intermediary service. We do not process, manage, or handle compensation claims directly. When you click through to AirHelp's claim form, your claim is handled entirely by AirHelp under their own terms and conditions. FlugHjálp is not a party to any agreement between you and AirHelp.
